Some of what we offer is one of a kind and some is limited production. If you've seen something that is no longer available, let us know and we'll work with the designer to create something similar, specifically for you!

·  Exchanges & Refunds

o  An exchange or refund may be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The merchandise must be unused and in original condition and accompanied with proof of purchase. 

o  No exchanges or refunds on sale or clearance items. 

o  No exchanges or refunds on custom items. 

·  Warrantees

o  We offer a 30-day warrantee on clasps and otherwise defective materials (if an item is damaged by no fault of our own, the warrantee is void. Please treat your jewelry with care). Tarnished sterling silver is natural, not defective, therefor is not covered under warrantee. (Please see our jewelry care section for help on cleaning your sterling silver jewelry). 

·  Shipping  

o  We offer flat rate shipping via USPS within the United States for most items. Custom items over $200 and requests for UPS shipping will be subject to additional charges.

o  Free return shipping is only provided in the event that we make a mistake on your order (we’re only human after all). 

o  Orders placed by 4:00 pm EST may be shipped next business day with the exception of special orders and back ordered items, which will vary.. Other exceptions may apply. 

o  We cannot guarantee that they packages will arrive by the expected delivery time.

o  At this time, we are not offering international shipping.
